2. Appointments & Pricing
Appointment requests initiated via our website or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation by our reception team. While we strive to keep pricing information accurate, all displayed prices and packages are subject to change. Final billing will be confirmed at the clinic based on the actual services rendered and your insurance coverage.
3. Home Visits & Telehealth
Home visit services are intended for non-emergency medical care only. The scope of services, response times, and associated fees (including call-out charges) will be communicated prior to dispatching a medical team. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Al Das Medical Clinic L.L.C is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
