We collect basic personal and contact information (such as your name, phone number, and Emirates ID) when you interact with our website or contact us to book an appointment. This information is used strictly to coordinate your medical care, process your bookings, and comply with DHA regulatory reporting.
Communication & Booking Channels
To provide a seamless booking experience, we use secure third-party communication tools (including WhatsApp and SanoFlow) to route your messages to our reception team. These tools process your contact details and act as a secure transfer channel for any documents (like insurance cards or previous reports) you choose to share.
Secure Medical Records (EMR)
Please note that third-party communication tools are not used for permanent medical record storage. Upon receipt, our team transfers your documents and relevant clinical details directly into our secure, DHA-compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Your clinical data remains strictly confidential within our EMR and is not permanently retained on messaging platforms.
NABIDH Integration
As a DHA-licensed facility, we are integrated with NABIDH (National Backbone for Integrated Dubai Health). Your health records are securely shared with the NABIDH network to ensure continuity of care across Dubai. You will be provided with information on how to manage your NABIDH sharing preferences when you register at our clinic.
