How Direct Billing Works
Present Your Card
Show your insurance card at reception when you arrive. Our team will verify your coverage in real-time.
We Bill Directly
We submit your claim directly to your insurance company. No forms for you to fill out or submit.
Pay Only Co-pay
You only pay any applicable co-pay or deductible. The rest is settled between us and your insurer.
Self-Pay and International Patients
No insurance? No problem. We welcome self-pay and international patients with transparent pricing and flexible payment options.
Flexible Payment Plans Available
Pay in 6 or 12 monthly installments through ADCB, Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB), or Emirates NBD. Available for comprehensive health packages and treatment plans. Ask our patient services team for details.
Visiting from Abroad?
We work with global insurers including Bupa Global, MSH International, and Cigna Global. Even if you're planning to self-pay, check with us first, your international plan may still cover your visit.
